1. Introduction
Welcome to Lalilala.org! By purchasing a website or related services from our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our services.
2. Definitions
- “Lalilala.org” refers to the website and services operated by Lalilala.
- “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing a website or related services.
- “Website Package” refers to the pre-designed or custom website, including hosting, domain registration, and related features.
3. Website Package Details
Scope of Service
- Each Website Package includes:
- A fully designed and ready-to-use website.
- Custom domain registration for one year (e.g., www.yourname.com).
- Hosting services for one year.
- Basic SEO optimization.
Customization
- Customers can provide input on the design and functionality of their website.
- Minor revisions are included in the package. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
Ownership
- Upon full payment, the Customer owns the content and design of the website.
- Lalilala retains the right to showcase the website as part of its portfolio unless otherwise requested by the Customer.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment
- Full payment of $460or other pachage ( 900, or 5000) (or the agreed-upon amount) is required before work begins.
- Additional fees may apply for custom functionalities or services outside the standard package.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available if work has not commenced.
- Once the design or setup process has started, no refunds will be issued.
5. Domain and Hosting – Additional Clauses
5.1 Domain Registration
The custom domain is registered on behalf of the Customer and is included for one year. After the first year, renewal of the domain is the Customer's responsibility.
5.2 Platform Access Fee
Access to the Lalilala.org platform is subject to a fee of $220, which may be reduced to $180 upon explicit authorization from Lalilala.org and its representatives. Renewal of the platform access, along with the domain registration and hosting services, is solely the responsibility of the Customer. No notifications or reminders regarding these renewals will be sent.

Hosting
- Hosting services are included for one year. Customers must arrange renewal or transfer to a hosting provider of their choice after this period.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the website setup.
- Review and approve the website design within the agreed timeline.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their website’s content.
7. Limitations of Liability
Lalilala.org is not responsible for:
- Downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
- Loss of data due to Customer’s actions.
- Issues arising from unauthorized modifications to the website.
In no event shall Lalilala’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer.
8. Intellectual Property
- Lalilala retains ownership of all intellectual property related to its templates and tools.
- The Customer is granted a license to use the website for its intended purpose.
9. Termination of Service
Lalilala reserves the right to terminate services if the Customer violates these terms or engages in unlawful activities.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.

12. Environmental Impact and Notifications
To reduce COâ‚‚ consumption and our environmental impact, Lalilala.org does not send additional emails to remind you about subscription renewals. In other words, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor and manage their renewals and subscriptions. Thank you for helping us contribute to a more sustainable future!
13 Environmental Impact & Subscription Notifications
To reduce our COâ‚‚ emissions and overall environmental impact, Lalilala.org does not send additional reminder emails for subscription renewals. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to monitor and manage their account, domain registration, and subscriptions.
14. Freedom of Content
We impose no restrictions on the type of content that may be uploaded, with the exception of content that is racist or homophobic. All other forms of legally permissible content—including but not limited to erotic, pornographic, burlesque, BDSM, and any other form of artistic expression—are welcome and will not be censored.
15. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Annual Subscription
Customers who wish to cancel their annual subscription must send a written request via email to support@lalilala.org at least 60 days before the renewal date.
Any cancellation requests submitted after this 60-day period will not be accepted, and the subscription will be automatically renewed for another term. No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.
Monthly Subscription
Monthly plans cannot be canceled immediately. Customers must maintain the subscription for a minimum of 3 months before requesting cancellation.
After the 3-month commitment period, customers may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
